Below, the prime minister of Grenada, the Hon Tillman Thomas from 2008 to 2013, he is a lawyer and opposed People's Revolution President Maurice Bishop during President Bishop's term.

Left, sons and daughters and friends of Grenada came to the Mahalia Jackson School in Brooklyn in Sep 2009 to listen to their prime minister and elected and appointed officials.


This was when I met son of Grenada Mr Jumaane Williams, a young man who had just be elected to New York City Council.

Since that day he has proven himself to be a leader in the old sense of a king riding into battle with his men, again and again.
